Our Chiropractic Techniques

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience.

The primary adjusting techniques we use include:

Endonasal Technique

The Endonasal Technique has been used by doctors for 50 years to treat patients with sinus swelling and inflammation. The technique involves the use of a finger cot (a small balloon) which is attached to a blood pressure bulb. The doctor properly inserts a lubricated finger cot into each nasal passageway. The finger cot is then gently inflated in the nasal cavity. The procedure is done on both sides. The Endonasal Technique aids in opening up the nasal passages along with reducing swelling and inflammation.

Nimmo Technique

Nimmo is an acupressure/compression therapy in which the doctor manually applies precise, sustained pressure on trigger points. During this process, blood, lymph, and metabolic irritants are forced out of the area initially. When the pressure is released, blood returns to the area and the trigger point will be cleared or inactivated.
